Dining

Everyone wants to eat good food. We consider good food an important part of good living and take pride in offering a chef-driven menu that features delicious, wholesome and nutritious choices at every meal. What does the food taste like? We welcome you, a family member, or caregiver to taste for yourselves during a visit. Taste the level of quality for yourself before making a decision on your new home. Food is a large part of the decision-making process and we want families to know first-hand about our cuisine.

The Value of Good Nutrition

When you become part of our community, you no longer need to grocery shop, drive to the store, walk up and down the aisles, clip coupons, load and unload groceries, prep meals, and clean up after. We provide three balanced nutritional meals each day, snacks throughout the day, and beverages to keep our residents well hydrated.

Meals are Social Events

Many seniors who live alone at home can feel very isolated during mealtimes.  This isolation can lead to feelings of loneliness and depression which is common among the elderly.  One of the many benefits of living in a personal care home is that residents will have a neighbor or friend to dine with and share their meals. Meals are social events where residents enjoy time together while getting nutritious foods to boost their immunity to keep them healthy and active.  Studies have shown that seniors eat more food and make healthier food decisions when in the company of friends.
